We recommend blanching the snails also from frozen letting them boil for a few minutes, with a little vinegar and
some bay leaves. Rinse them well in cold water and are ready to be used in any of your recipes.
N.B .: being a raw product they will still have to be cooked on a low flame for another 5/6 hours.
