In the pan
Pour the desired amount of product still frozen in a non-stick pan, preferably with a tablespoon of olive oil. Heat over moderate heat, stirring occasionally until boiling.
Microwave
Pour the frozen product into a container with a lid suitable for the microwave. Adjust the oven to medium power for 4/6 minutes depending on the quantity and stirring at half cooking brings to a boil.
Rehydrated codfish 56% (dried cod species Gadus Morhua caught in FAO area 27, water), milk, extra virgin olive oil, onion, “00” type soft wheat flour, cream, alace in oil (alacce, sunflower oil) , salt, parsley, garlic, white pepper, antioxidant (rosemary extract).
