Remove the lid and introduce the still frozen product into the oven: at the power of 600W (medium power) for about 15 minutes.
Bechamel 49%: milk, sunflower oil, “0” soft wheat flour, butter, salt.
Mushroom sauce 38%: champignon (Agaricus bisporus) 52% (20% in the finished product), yellow family (Pholiota nameko mutabilis) 23% (9% in the finished product), porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis and related group) 9% (3 % in the finished product), mozzarella (pasteurized cow’s milk, salt, rennet), olive oil, salt, pepper.
Crepe 13%: “00” type soft wheat flour, eggs, salt.
