Pleasant speciality based on crepes, bechamel and asparagus sauce
Deep-freezing
Oven
Remove the lid and introduce the still frozen product into the oven:
– ventilated oven at 200 ° C for about 30 minutes.
– traditional oven at 200 ° C for approximately 35 minutes.
Microwave
Remove the lid and introduce the still frozen product into the oven: at the power of 600W (medium power) for about 15 minutes.
60% bechamel sauce: milk, sunflower oil, “0” type soft wheat flour, butter, salt.
Asparagus sauce 25%: 58% green asparagus (15% in the finished product), mozzarella (pasteurized cow’s milk, salt, rennet), onion, olive oil, salt, pepper.
Crepe 15%: “00” type soft wheat flour, eggs, salt
