With salty ricotta and aubergines smelling of extra-virgin olive oil
I.Q.F. deep-freezing
In the pan
Pour the desired amount of product still frozen in a non-stick pan, preferably with a tablespoon of olive oil. Heat over moderate heat, stirring occasionally until boiling.
In microwave
Pour the desired amount of frozen product into a container with a lid suitable for the microwave. Adjust the oven to medium power for 4/6 minutes depending on the quantity and stirring at half cooking leads until boiling
Tomato pulp, aubergines 20%, extra virgin olive oil, onion, sheep’s ricotta salted scales 9% (whey milk of sheep, salt), sunflower oil, butter, basil, salt, sugar, garlic, pepper, chilli.
