Pour the desired amount of product still frozen in a non-stick pan, preferably with a tablespoon of olive oil. Heat over moderate heat, stirring occasionally until boiling.
In microwavePour the desired amount of frozen product into a container with a lid suitable for the microwave. Adjust the oven to medium power for 4/6 minutes depending on the quantity and stirring at half cooking leads until boiling
