In the pan
As a side dish: pour the desired quantity of product even frozen in a non-stick pan and heat over a moderate heat until boiling.
Microwave
You can heat the Mistofunghi in the microwave making sure to dose power and time based on the quantity.
For an exquisite soup
Blend a part of Mistofunghi and boil it with some vegetable stock for a few minutes. Add the rest of the Mistofunghi and season with salt and pepper to taste.
For a delicious risotto
Pour the Mistofunghi, also still frozen, halfway through the cooking of the rice. When cooked, manteca with a knob of butter and add chopped parsley.
