Ancient original recipe based on 100% Italian fresh duck minced meat
I.Q.F. deep-freezing
In the pan
Pour the desired amount of product still frozen in a non-stick pan, preferably with a tablespoon of olive oil. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until boiling.
In microwave
Pour the desired amount of frozen product into a container with a lid suitable for the microwave. Adjust the oven to medium power for 4/6 minutes depending on the quantity and stirring at half cooking leads until boiling.
Minced duck meat 50%, onion, carrot, olive oil, sunflower oil, tomato pulp, celery, white wine, salt, garlic, pepper, herbs, antioxidant (rosemary extract).
