Ovenpreheat the oven to 200 ° C, remove the lid and introduce the still frozen product:
– ventilated oven for about 30 minutes;
– traditional oven for about 40 minutes.
Microwaveremove the lid and introduce the product still frozen in the oven to the power of about 600 W (medium power) and cook for about 15 minutes.
